Due to the nature of our business all fees for our service are a final sale.
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your scheduled cleaning, we require a 24-hours notification. In case we receive fewer than 24 hours notice then we will charge a $70 late cancelation fee. In order to reschedule or cancel your current appointment please contact us via email at info@roomtechusa.com.
Damages and issues
Should you have any concerns or dissatisfactions please contact us within 24h once your cleaning is completed so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Services Rendered Upgrade
We reserve the right to assess cleaning required and apply additional charges in instances where the cleaning purchased does not match the service rendered. We will notify you ahead of time prior to beginning the service to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds
We can issue a full refund should you need to cancel you scheduled cleaning only when notified at least 24h in advance. In case we receive fewer than 24 hours notice then we will charge a $70 late cancelation fee.
